PinchCoach.com introduces enhanced features for baseball teams

New release will streamline communications between parents and coaches

AUSTIN, TEXAS, September 18 2009 — PinchCoach.com, the first free, comprehensive online solution for youth sports team
and league management, today announced the launch of the company’s Fall Season 2009
version for youth baseball, select baseball and recreational baseball. The new version features enhancements
that improve and automate communication between coaches and parents.

New features on PinchCoach.com:

  • Multi-team support: Coaches can now manage multiple teams from the same account.
In addition, PinchCoach.com will automatically recognize if a parent has children on more than one team.

  • Enhanced navigation: The PinchCoach.com Team Schedule Manager has made it even easier to access and
use our automated Batting Order and Defensive Lineups, as well as our dynamic lineup and statistical
    tear sheets.

  • Dashboards: Coaches can now configure PinchCoach.com according to their unique team and league
makeup using the Coach’s Dashboard. In addition, both parents and coaches can use the Dashboards to
communicate en masse to other registered users (coaches, as well as parents) on the team.

  • Volunteer Management: We automate communication between team volunteers
(snack parents, scorekeepers, etc.) to ensure that game day goes on without a hitch.

  • Automated Game Confirmations: We have incorporated an automatic RSVP process for game assignments.
If a parent marks a player as “unavailable,” PinchCoach.com will automatically update your Batting Order and
Defensive Lineup, and notify the Head Coach.

With the Fall 2009 version, PinchCoach.com has taken another step forward as a
comprehensive provider of youth sports solutions.
