New release will streamline communications between parents and coaches

and league management, today announced the launch of the company’s Fall Season 2009
version for youth baseball, select baseball and recreational baseball. The new version features enhancements
that improve and automate communication between coaches and parents.

New features on

  • Multi-team support: Coaches can now manage multiple teams from the same account.
    In addition, will automatically recognize if a parent has children on more than one team.

  • Enhanced navigation: The Team Schedule Manager has made it even easier to access and
    use our automated Batting Order and Defensive Lineups, as well as our dynamic lineup and statistical
    tear sheets.

  • Dashboards: Coaches can now configure according to their unique team and league
    makeup using the Coach’s Dashboard. In addition, both parents and coaches can use the Dashboards to
    communicate en masse to other registered users (coaches, as well as parents) on the team.

  • Volunteer Management: We automate communication between team volunteers
    (snack parents, scorekeepers, etc.) to ensure that game day goes on without a hitch.

  • Automated Game Confirmations: We have incorporated an automatic RSVP process for game assignments.
    If a parent marks a player as “unavailable,” will automatically update your Batting Order and
    Defensive Lineup, and notify the Head Coach.
